Terms of Service

By using QCBot you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. The service

QCBot provides AI-powered brand and design quality review for PDFs, images, and videos. We use Google's Gemini AI to analyse your files and return a structured review report.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information when creating your account
You are responsible for keeping your password secure
You must be at least 18 years old to use QCBot
One account per person — shared accounts are not permitted

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Upload files containing illegal, harmful or offensive content
Attempt to reverse engineer, copy or resell the QCBot service
Use automated scripts or bots to make review requests
Share your account credentials with others
Upload files you do not have the right to share

4. Reviews and credits

Review credits reset on the 1st of each calendar month
Unused credits do not carry over to the next month
We reserve the right to adjust plan limits with reasonable notice

5. Payments and refunds

Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically
You can cancel your subscription at any time from Account Settings
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
We offer refunds within 7 days of payment if you are not satisfied — contact support@qcbot.net

6. Your files and content

You retain full ownership of all files you upload. By uploading a file you grant us a temporary, limited licence to process it through our AI review system. Files are deleted immediately after review and are never stored or shared.

7. AI accuracy

QCBot's reviews are generated by AI and are provided for guidance purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or suitability of any review. Always apply human judgement before acting on AI-generated feedback.

8. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may occasionally perform maintenance that temporarily affects access. We are not liable for any losses caused by service downtime.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from Account Settings.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you by email of any significant changes. Continued use of QCBot after changes constitutes acceptance.
